What You Will Do
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
- Set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
- Present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity.
- Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous/current day receive priority and are resolved.
Guest Experience And Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
What We Require
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
