Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by greeting guests, seating them at tables, and managing their reservations.
• Wait on tables, taking orders, presenting food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including tipping and gratuities.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food preparation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
• Interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner, supporting each other during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year server experience in a full service restaurant.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and labor.

Skills
