About the role

First Watch is seeking Food Servers / Waiters to provide guest service and wait tables in a fast‑paced, daytime‑only environment. The position involves delivering great customer service, interacting courteously with coworkers, and upholding the restaurant’s “You First” culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management in a friendly, thoughtful manner.
• Adhere to company food‑handler and alcohol service standards.

Schedule

Open daily from 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM. No night shifts are required.
