About the role

First Watch is hiring Food Servers / Waiters (including Mesero / Mesera) to provide guest service and wait tables in a fast‑paced, daytime‑only environment. Employees are expected to deliver great customer service and interact with co‑workers in a friendly, thoughtful manner.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.
• Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen staff.
• Adhere to company food‑handler and alcohol certification standards.

Schedule

Open daily from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. No night shifts.
