Logan’s Roadhouse is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with over 100 company-owned locations. We’re looking for outgoing, friendly people who treat every guest like an old friend to join our team as a Server. Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations by guiding them through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty and return visits.
• Collaborate with the team with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations).
• Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
