Level99’s Server role is hospitality-first: you create a warm, inviting atmosphere for restaurant guests and entertainment players alike, anticipating needs, sharing genuine enthusiasm, and working seamlessly with the team to deliver exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel appreciated and welcome through your actions.
• Seek meaningful connections with guests and cultivate regulars.
• Serve guests with a genuinely positive attitude and convey passion for our beer and entertainment.
• Show enthusiasm for our food menu; maintain proper knowledge of dishes and food allergies.
• Approach guests with empathy and create a welcoming but not overbearing table presence.
• Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests’ needs before they realize what they need.
• Work as a team inside and outside of service, always supporting one another and prioritizing the guest.
• Keep server stations stocked and your section clean and clear; review daily tasks checklist to have the floor clean and ready for service.
• Run food, bus tables, and contribute to the beer hall experience.
• Uphold the expectation of “Full hands in. Full hands out.”
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system, including guest payments and order tracking to ensure proper inventory.
• Understand and follow the steps of service.
• Be punctual and show up to work on time and ready to work.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Embrace change and desire to grow with Victory Brewing.
• Maintain transparency between team members and management.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
• Perform all other duties needed and requested.

Must-have Skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency responsiveness as required; weekend availability is a must.
• Ability to work ten-hour-plus shifts and stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods; walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• A positive, joyful, upbeat, and energetic attitude—leading by example.
• Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to serve and/or bartend.

Who We Are

Level99 is a sprawling playground for adults featuring over 50 life-sized mini-games where players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. One ticket unlocks access to all games, including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt, with progress saved and rewards earned on a leaderboard. Alongside the games, Level99 offers a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant—featuring scratch-cooking, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and a variety of event spaces. Locations include Natick, MA; Providence, RI; Tysons, VA; and upcoming openings in West Hartford, CT; Disney Springs, FL; King of Prussia, PA; Paramus, NJ; and Raleigh, NC.
