We are seeking friendly and energetic servers to join our team at D.H. Lescombes Winery and Tasting Room in Deming, NM. As a local, New Mexico company with a rich history spanning six generations and expanding across three continents, we are dedicated to one passion: wine.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage time effectively
• Improve verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Understand and apply hospitality and guest services principles
• Increase organizational skills
• Build rapport and influence customers
• Think quickly on your feet
• Learn about award-winning wines and wine in general
• Develop wine and food pairing knowledge

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
