About the role

Provides exceptional service and hospitality in a venue offering table-side service.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests.
• Apply high levels of service recovery and attention to detail.
• Follow Lenbrook dining guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Show basic service techniques and style.
• Prepare and manage food items.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation rules.
• Clean and reset dining spaces.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment.
• Understand and follow fire safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal and medical records.
• Adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Front-of-the-house experience.
• Ability to organize tasks and multitask.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity and interest in older adults.
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of serving experience required.
