About Dining At The Oceana La Monique is an intimate, modern French brasserie where timeless tradition meets the soul of Santa Monica, designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Opened in Fall 2025, it is complemented by: La Petite Monique – an alfresco extension offering a relaxed yet refined experienceThe Veranda – a premier poolside dining venue serving breakfast, lunch, and dinnerSunset Terrace – a rooftop lounge with panoramic ocean viewsIn-Room Dining – delivering elevated culinary experiences in the comfort of each guest suite About the Role As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will provide attentive, efficient, and personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
