Essential Functions

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve with a smile.
• Deliver exceptional 5-Star Guest Service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.
• Answer guest questions accurately and politely.
• Support team members when needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare, serve, and maintain all products according to brand standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including Limited Time Offers, promotions, catering orders, and Rewards Program details.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the store.
• Stock and rotate inventory to ensure efficiency and availability.
• Aid in upselling and guest engagement to support store sales.
• Follow portion control and preparation standards to minimize waste.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately.
• Support sales goals by promoting add-ons, specials, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quick service, fast casual, retail, hospitality, or other customer service roles.
• Outgoing, friendly, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive in assisting guests and supporting team operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and enthusiastic representation of the brand.
• Enjoys engaging with guests and creating positive experiences.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods;
• bend, kneel, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds;
• tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with arms, hands, and wrists.
• Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
