Ingo’s Arcadia is hiring servers to join their welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Arcadia, they offer a warm, inviting oasis with high-quality, real ingredients and a wrap-around patio featuring heating and misting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
• Anticipate and react to guest needs
• Consistently and accurately use cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrating a complete understanding of the menu
• Develop positive working relationships with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Maintain proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards

• Reliability and punctuality
• Passion for quality food and hospitality
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25+ pounds

Pay

Negotiable hourly rate + tips. Our servers typically make over $20.00+/hour on average.
