Pay and Benefits
Starting pay is determined based on experience. All Cook Team Members begin as Trainees. Upon completion of training, pay increases are guaranteed as you progress through different levels. Leadership roles are available and promoted internally. The potential to own your own business is also an option for all Hwy 55 employees.
