About the role
TBonz Gill & Grill is a cornerstone of Charleston’s casual dining scene, serving up legendary burgers, steaks, and Southern hospitality. As part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group, we’re committed to great food, warm service, and giving back to the community that supports us.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience
- Present menu items and daily specials with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders and input them into our POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Collaborate with teammates to keep service smooth and upbeat
Requirements
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to upsell and make menu recommendations
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience is a plus!)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

$2.13 per hour
