About the role
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Cottages in Papillion, NE. Our goal at Hillcrest Cottages is to provide a welcoming, comfortable dining experience for our residents while supporting our mission of inspiring people to live their best lives. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact during each shift.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
- Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
- Create a positive and welcoming dining experience
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Support residents, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism
- Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service
Qualifications
A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Previous serving, food service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required

Pay
