About The Role

As a Server, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and team members. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Serve meals with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Assist residents with menu selections and dining needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality service
• Create a warm, personalized experience for residents and guests

What We’re Looking For

• A team member who is dependable, friendly, and service-minded
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
• Previous serving, restaurant, senior living, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
• A passion for supporting Hillcrest’s mission of inspiring people to live their best lives

Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
