About the role

The Copperfield is hiring Servers for our brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests can enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting to check presentation
• Build guest connections and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
• Learn the menu thoroughly and make food, beverage, and cocktail recommendations
• Accurately take orders and manage multiple tables in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant setting
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Restaurant serving experience
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
