About the role

The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to guests in the hotel's dining area. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders promptly
• Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
