About the role

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is seeking a dedicated and passionate server to join their team. This role involves creating unique and special experiences for guests, from shining silverware to guiding tours and recommending drinks.

Responsibilities

• Create unique Texas-sized experiences for guests
• Tour guides, recommending the perfect wine, whiskey, or hand-crafted cocktail to pair with their Chef-inspired meal
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Ability to read, write, & speak English
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification

Skills

• Possess a strong understanding of the Farm to Fork stories behind the locally sourced menu
• Rooted in southern hospitality
• Flexible and adaptable
