Main Responsibilities
- Fulfills Golden Corral’s mission statement by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits through following the Eight Steps of Service.
- Promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
- Affords assistance to other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
Operational Excellence
- Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures accurate guest receipts.
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
- Briefs the Manager on equipment and facility problems.
- Familiarizes themselves with correct table bussing procedures.
- Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and workplace safety.
Cleanliness
- Meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards as per the duty roster.
- Complies with local health department laws.
