• Fulfills Golden Corral’s mission statement by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits through following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Affords assistance to other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

Operational Excellence

• Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures accurate guest receipts.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Briefs the Manager on equipment and facility problems.
• Familiarizes themselves with correct table bussing procedures.
• Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and workplace safety.

Cleanliness

• Meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards as per the duty roster.
• Complies with local health department laws.
