Position Summary

Cloverwood is seeking a service-driven Server to deliver a warm, attentive, and professional dining experience for our members and guests. Join the team at Cloverwood Senior Living!

Essential Job Functions

• Greet Members and guests warmly and provide five-star service.
• Confidently describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and modifications to culinary teams.
• Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Clear and reset tables throughout service.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with special events and basic food production.

• Ability to relate and be respectful to a wide variety of people and provide superior customer service to all including Residents, co-workers, vendors, family members and visitors.
• Must wear employee badge at all times while on-the-job.
• Must report to work on time and adhere to attendance policy.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding information about Residents, co-workers, vendors, family members and visitors.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Expectations of the Position

• Dependable, report to work on-time for every schedule shift (ready to work at beginning - start of shift) and work full schedule shifts unless physically unable or pre-approved.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) which includes personal and vacation.
• Willing and able to work overtime and weekends as required by the position and/or approved by management.

Qualifications of the Position

• A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge and skills:
• Education: High School Diploma or in process of obtaining or GED.
• Experience: One year job experience, preferred.

• May be requested to assist in the evacuation of Residents or perform other procedures to protect the safety of Residents, visitors and team members during emergency situations.

Pay Range

$17.25 - $19.25 per hour
