Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to every guest
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
• Deliver food and drinks with quality, timing, and presentation standards in mind
• Support seamless event execution
• Maintain high standards in food safety and sanitation
• Comply with all state and federal alcohol service laws when assigned bar or beverage duties
• Uphold our commitment to excellence in every detail
• Contribute to team culture by supporting new team member training and collaborating across service areas as business needs shift

Requirements

• 1+ year of hospitality, food & beverage, catering, or event experience preferred
• Strong customer service background (2+ years highly valued)
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays up to 35 lbs
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• If assigned to barista or bartender duties, experience with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service is a plus

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
