What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and providing expert menu guidance, including preparation and flavor profiles
• Accurately enter and service orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Clock in/out and manage your schedule through Opera
• Coordinate timing of courses and deliver dishes promptly to create a seamless dining experience
• Clear and reset tables while supporting team members to maintain a smooth service flow
• Build genuine guest connections through attentive, personalized, and above-and-beyond service

What You Bring

• Minimum 1–3 years of serving experience in a high-end or upscale dining environment
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Warm, positive, and guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems (Opera, HotSOS/REX, Mobile App) with training provided
