Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and use a friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present the menu and answer any questions about the menu items.
• Be prepared to discuss the preparation methods and continuous table-side serving concept.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, and inform the Churrasqueiros of any special requests for meats.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Absorb and assist other Servers in their areas when necessary.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
