About the role

Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team. We are North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Our goal is to deliver an experience that guests will want to return for.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Recommend beers, menu items, and food pairings
• Process guest payments accurately using our POS system
• Promote featured beers, merchandise, and to-go offerings
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices
• Maintain clean and organized tables throughout the guest experience
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure excellent service
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and support the team wherever needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication skills
