Job Summary
We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic and energetic team. The role requires enthusiasm, detail orientation, and a passion for hospitality and service.
Responsibilities
- Guiding guests through the menu
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Processing orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Familiarizing yourself with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code
- Knowing the menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards
- Adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Preferred experience in fine dining
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
