Demos' is now hiring servers to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award-winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through increased tips.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than being an order taker
• Coachable attitude
• Know our menu to help our customers
• We serve with a team buddy system
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
