About the role

Daily Jam is a breakfast/brunch concept looking for passionate, friendly individuals to welcome guests and ensure excellent first and last impressions. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room according to standard procedures
• Adhere to safety standards and alcohol beverage control regulations
• Suggest menu items and demonstrate menu knowledge
• Multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Provide for the needs of guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team on various tasks
• Perform cleaning duties as required
• Encourage guest satisfaction to drive return visits
