About the role

We are seeking friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals to join our service team at R+D Kitchen in Dallas. Positions are available on a part-time and full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
