Responsibilities

As a server at Cracker Barrel, you’ll bring country hospitality to the table. Your role is about creating meaningful moments for guests through small but important gestures, such as:

• Providing an extra lemon for iced tea or checking in on guests’ needs
• Engaging with guests to make their experience personal and memorable
• Knowing when to clear plates and ensuring smooth service
• Demonstrating appreciation for every guest

You’ll also manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
