Conejo, a Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is hiring part-time and full-time servers to join our Front of House team. We are looking for energetic, people-loving folks who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork.

About the role

Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, ingredients, sourcing, and Mexican cooking techniques to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. If you enjoy teamwork, have an eagerness to learn about food and beverage, can stay positive and upbeat during a busy shift, and have a desire to make people happy, we’d love to have you on our team.

Must be 18 to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Learn and communicate details of our food and beverage menus, including ingredients and sourcing
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on a team and make people happy
• Eagerness to learn about Mexican cuisine
• Customer service experience a plus
• Ability to stay positive during a busy shift
