About the role
At Chula, we do things a little differently. We’re a high-end, counter-style, quick-service restaurant and fish market. Guests order from the menu or our fresh fish case, then grab a seat while we bring the flavor. As a Fish‑Tender, you’ll run the show from register to food running, while maintaining excellent flow, warm energy, and clean execution. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced team environment and wants to grow with a company that’s doing seafood right.

Requirements
- 2+ years of serving or bartending experience required
- Solid money‑handling and multi‑tasking skills
- Comfortable with opening + closing duties
- Seafood knowledge a plus (but we’ll teach you the goods)
- Great attitude, team‑first mentality, and guest‑focused mindset
