About the Role

Champions Club is hiring part‑time Servers (approximately 20‑30 hours per week) to join the Food & Beverage team. Servers will also support bartenders as needed, handling order taking, menu questions, upselling, payment processing, and delivering the club’s best‑in‑class hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and service carts with appropriate utensils and napkins before service.
• Greet guests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Know the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, desserts, and beverages.
• Make drinks when needed and step behind the bar to assist.
• Keep water/coffee stations clean and fully stocked.
• Provide guests with all necessary tableware.
• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately.
• Process guest transactions, manage tips, and make change.
• Uphold sanitation and food‑safety principles.
• Bus tables and service carts by removing dirty dishes and trash.
• Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen staff.
• Adhere to health‑department rules, regulations, and all guest‑service guidelines.

Experience & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler’s Certification.
• TABC Certification.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct.

Qualities & Preferences

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, private club, and/or casino is preferred.
• Professional issue resolution through effective interpersonal communication.
• Exemplary time and resource management, including good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain top‑level performance during high‑stress situations.

Pay

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour plus tips.
