About the role

We're seeking PRN Servers who bring energy, compassion, and reliability to our dining team. Ideal candidates will love serving seniors and enjoy making a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new servers according to Century Park standards
• Aids with meal counts and tickets
• Assists with dining room set up and dish room tasks
• Attends pre-meal menu review meetings
• Works at assigned stations (e.g., beverages, salad bar)
• Performs and ensures completion of assigned cleaning and prep work duties
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner
• Serves residents with appropriate serving techniques
• Strips and resets tables as needed during serving times
• Removes dishes and soiled linens from tables
• Prepares tables for next meal
• Removes trash and keeps dining room clean
• Prepares for next meal: cleans tables, mops, sweeps, cleans equipment, etc.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Dependable and committed team player
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Passion for serving others (especially seniors)
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Position Summary

The Server delivers restaurant style dining services with a hospitality focus in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. Reports to the Dining Services Director (or Dining Room Supervisor).
