About the role

The Server occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant, where you are expected to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will follow the proper steps of service, adhere to all company guidelines, and use your skill, knowledge, and personality to create a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in an upscale, fine dining environment
• Follow proper steps of service and adhere to company guidelines

• Maintain organization and multitask in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Server experience in a high-volume, fine dining establishment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable team player willing to learn and adapt
• Commitment to perfection and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
