About the role
CHS3, LLC d/b/a Castle Hot Springs, located in Morristown, AZ, seeks one full-time, temporary Server.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Set up dining areas
- Take and place orders
- Carry trays and plates
- Serve food and beverages
- Clean and clear tables
Requirements
- Six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Qualifications
- Travel is not required.
- Daily transportation to and from worksite is not provided.
- On-the-job training is provided.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Pay
Wage: \$21.22 - \$27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Gratuity-eligible position, so actual wage with tips may occasionally be higher. Overtime is available at \$31.83 - \$40.50 per hour.
Schedule
35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 9:00am to 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Benefits
- Optional housing (including utilities) is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment at no cost to employee.
- Additional, optional benefits are offered to worker, for workers sole benefit, including, but not limited to health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) (after six (6) months of employment), and short-term disability.
- If voluntarily elected by worker, costs/contributions will be deducted from paycheck.
- One free meal is provided per shift.
Transportation
- All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
- The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
- The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek.
- The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek.
- The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
- Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts.
