Overview

Cascade Manor, Eugene’s premier upscale retirement community, is seeking Part-Time Food Servers, experienced or not, to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us. Compensation: $15.30 - $19.96 / hr DOE.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality to residents during meal times.
• Ensure food safety and quality according to established guidelines.
• Help maintain a positive and inviting dining atmosphere.
• Adapt to changing needs and preferences of residents.

Requirements

• A valid Food Handlers card is required.
• A ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
