The Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking a Part-Time Dinner Server to join the dynamic team at Ocean Restaurant, located at the Cape Arundel Inn & Resort. We are a community of passionate team players dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.

At Ocean Restaurant, you will be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing cash transactions, and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Understand hotel restaurant operations, food and beverage knowledge, and cash management
• Maintain exceptional service levels for all events
• Strive for sales growth through ongoing menu knowledge
• Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging with guests
• Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
• Serve customers efficiently and effectively
