Cafe Vida in Pacific Palisades, CA is seeking a part-time Server who brings both skill and personality to the table. This role involves working a bustling brunch service, creating memorable guest experiences while working with a passionate team.

What Your Day Is Like

This is a part-time position working 7:30 AM – 4 PM. As our Server, you'll welcome guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through the menu with confidence, and anticipating their needs before they even ask. During the peak brunch rush, you'll move with purpose and precision, balancing multiple tables while delivering attentive, personalized service. You'll use suggestive selling to enhance each guest's experience, ensuring they leave not just satisfied, but impressed.

After being destroyed in the January 2025 Palisades Fire, Café Vida – a beloved neighborhood institution for more than 23 years – is officially returning to Pacific Palisades this October. The restaurant will reopen in a new home at 548 Palisades Drive, marking a powerful comeback fueled by community support, resilience, and a commitment to continue the legacy that began over two decades ago.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a similar brunch restaurant
• Genuine personality and a true love for interacting with guests (a plus)
• Ability to pass a background check
