About the Role

We're looking for a bartender to join our team! All bartending team members go through initial server training and are moved into the bar based on performance. If you have experience behind the bar, please mention it in your application.

• Take accountability for yourself, your section, and the workplace
• 2+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends

Pay

Base wage: $17.13/hour (minimum wage) plus discretionary tips. Based on historical earnings, total hourly compensation (including base wage and tip pool) typically ranges from $37–$45/hour. Actual earnings may vary based on shift volume, business levels, and individual performance.
