Located off Scottsdale Road and Mayo Blvd, this seafood-forward restaurant offers a raw bar, sushi, premium steaks, and handcrafted cocktails. The concept emphasizes sourcing the freshest ingredients daily and evolving the menu based on quality and seasonality. The atmosphere is vibrant, with indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to each guest
• Guide guests through the menu, including seafood, raw bar, and cocktail offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to high-volume service with urgency and composure
• Uphold food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Stay informed on daily menu updates and fresh seafood selections

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
