Responsibilities

• May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Cooperation, communication, and teamwork are essential traits for our team.
• Responsible for properly handling of cash and credit cards for all transactions within the restaurant.
• Practices responsible selling and service of alcohol always as mandated by the respected licensing authorities, Serve Safe Alcohol training, and Boston’s Pizza Alcohol training guidelines.
• May be required to accept and facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering and facilitate those orders execution in a timely manner.
• Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Frequent Guest contact and high visibility in the dining room are to be apparent at all times.
• Enquires periodically and timely about the Guest dining experience in a sincere manner.
• When necessary, involving a manager immediately when a negative Guest experience is identified.
• Responsible for thanking every Guest for the patronage in a sincere manner.
• Maintains a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensures all menu items are prepared according to Boston’s standards and expectations.
• Ensures the stock levels on hand meet the levels specified by the supervisor or manager on duty.
• Ensures the standard recipes and methods are always used to ensure consistency and efficiency for all menu items.
• Safeguards the health and safety of our Guests by maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
• Controls time and temperature throughout the flow of food, practices good personal hygiene, and prevents cross-contamination.
• Follows proper labeling, dating, rotation, and adherence to shelf-life standards.
• Follows proper checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
