Border Cafe in Burlington, MA is seeking a qualified Server to join our growing team in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on customer preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Communicate with serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and customer service guidelines

Requirements

• Experience as a Restaurant Server
• Experience with any ordering information system
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening abilities
• Excellent physical condition
• Customer-centric approach
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus

Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Burlington, MA 01803 before starting work is required.

Pay

$15.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus tips)

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Holidays
