Responsibilities
- Provide an “All Star,” fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
- Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and becoming an expert in our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beer, and Cocktails
- Listen to the guest and provide “All Star Service” tailored to them
- Work as part of a team to facilitate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and fun
Requirements
- Obtain a Food Handlers permit
- Obtain a TABC Certification
- Be prompt and dependable
- Positive, committed, trustworthy, and responsible
- Relish the success of teammates
- Take joy in seeing guests experience all that we offer
- Genuine care for flawless execution of all food and beverage recipes to deliver picture-perfect menu items
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant/bar
