Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side stations and server trays
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and beverage service guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for daily service or special events
- Communicate member and guest feedback or concerns to management as needed
- Uphold the standards and service expectations of the club and represent the community with professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of club offerings, including menus, wine lists, and upcoming events
- Handle member problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to F&B leadership for support
- Assist with the setup, breakdown and service of all major club functions and events as needed
- Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Prior serving experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail
- Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children
- Requires excellent oral and written communications skills
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Education
- High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
Approximate Schedule and Hours
- Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates

Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift
- The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
