• Takes pride in providing attentive and friendly service
• Ensures Guest touch points are clean and sanitized
• Creates an overall experience that leaves the Guest counting down the minutes until their next Caribbean Escape
• Serves fresh, delicious Caribbean inspired food and refreshing tropical drinks
• Arrives every day with a Happy to be of Service mentality
• Creates an experience where guests can relax and recharge, like they are on a one hour island vacation
• Enjoys a culture that is vibrant, fun and filled with people who have a whatever-it-takes attitude

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
