About the role

As a server at Arcis Golf, you play a crucial part in the operation by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and providing an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the menu effectively to both guests and the kitchen
• Offer recommendations and answer guest questions
• Resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas

Requirements

• Full understanding of the menu
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to recognize and resolve guest concerns
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Willingness to learn and perform
• Passion for service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
