Responsibilities

You will be our guests first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest.

• Anticipate Guest Needs: Be attentive to the needs of your guests and make recommendations that enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• At Least 18 Years Old: Ensure you meet the minimum age requirement to work in a food service setting.
• Effective Communication Skills: Be able to communicate clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Commitment to Impact: Be committed to making an impact in your role and in the lives of your guests.

Qualifications

• Physical Standards: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift(depending on flow of business).
• Ability to Wear Protective Gear: Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and/or masks throughout the shift.
• Health and Safety Standards: Must be able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift. Must be able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
