Responsibilities

As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests' first and last impression. Your role includes:

• Being friendly and making recommendations to guests.
• Anticipating and meeting the needs of the guest.
• Working hard but having a great time.
• Exerting well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Safely reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from various areas of the restaurant about 30 times per shift.
• Speaking clearly and listening attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wearing protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequently washing hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.

Requirements
