Physical Standards

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business)
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, protective face coverings/masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
