Responsibilities

• Avoiding food waste through innovative menu planning and preparation techniques
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Assisting in training new staff members

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in culinary arts and food preparation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Education in culinary arts or related field
• Valid food handler's license

Skills

• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs
• Experience with inventory management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
